Go to Register and fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), your Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification SMS. Enter the code to activate your mamaexch account. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.
No. Each person is allowed exactly one mamaexch account. Duplicate accounts — even under different mobile numbers or names — violate our Terms and Conditions. When detected, all duplicate accounts are suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support@mamaexch.ws for recovery assistance rather than creating a new one.
Go to Login, enter your registered Pakistani mobile number (without the +92 prefix — just the 10-digit number starting with 3) and your password, then tap Login. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to receive a reset code via SMS.
Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier on mamaexch and cannot be changed through the settings panel. To update it, email support@mamaexch.ws with the subject line "Mobile Number Change Request". You'll need to verify your identity using your full name and CNIC number. Do this before you lose access to the old number — not after, as recovery without access to either number requires full identity verification and takes longer.
To permanently close your mamaexch account, email support@mamaexch.ws with "Account Closure Request" in the subject line. Include your registered mobile number. Any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If you're closing the account due to concerns about problem gaming, please read our Responsible Gaming page first — self-exclusion tools may be a better option than permanent closure for some situations.
First, double-check that the mobile number you entered during mamaexch registration is correct. Even one wrong digit will send the code to the wrong number. Wait one minute, then request the code again. If it still doesn't arrive after two attempts, email support@mamaexch.ws with your registered mobile number and we will manually verify and activate your account. All Pakistani networks — Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone — are supported.
Deposits
Log in to your mamaexch account and go to the Deposit section in your wallet. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR, confirm, and follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen payment method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your mamaexch wallet within seconds.
The minimum deposit on mamaexch is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum first deposit to qualify for the 100% welcome bonus is also Rs 500.
MamaExch accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits. The payment method used for a deposit is typically also the method used for the corresponding withdrawal.
Most Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits land within seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If it's been over an hour and your mamaexch wallet still hasn't updated, email support@mamaexch.ws with: your registered mobile number, the deposit amount, the payment method used, and the transaction reference number or screenshot from your banking app. Our team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

MamaExch does not charge any deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — for example, Easypaisa may charge a small transfer fee depending on your wallet type. Check your payment provider's fee schedule. Any amounts deducted by your provider before the transfer reaches mamaexch will reflect as a lower deposit amount in your wallet.
Withdrawals
Log in to mamaexch, go to your wallet, and select Withdraw. Choose your payment method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
The minimum withdrawal on mamaexch is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require identity confirmation as part of our standard anti-fraud process. This is to protect your account — not to delay your money.
Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from mamaexch complete within 15 minutes. Occasional delays can occur due to: active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, identity verification pending, bank processing delays for IBFT transfers, or unusually high withdrawal volumes during peak periods like PSL finals. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a total of the bonus amount multiplied by the specified number before it converts into real money you can withdraw. On mamaexch, the welcome bonus has a 10x requirement. So if you received a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets across eligible games. Wins and losses during wagering both count towards this total — you don't need to win Rs 10,000, just stake it.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page to trigger an SMS reset. Then email support@mamaexch.ws with the subject "Suspected Unauthorised Access". Include your registered mobile number and the date/time you noticed the issue. Our security team will review login logs, lock any suspicious sessions, and walk you through securing your account. Act quickly — the faster you report it, the less opportunity for any damage.
Never. MamaExch will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from mamaexch asking for your password, it is fraudulent. Do not respond and do not click any links. Forward it to support@mamaexch.ws so we can investigate. Our legitimate SMS communications are limited to verification codes and security alerts — they never include links asking you to enter your credentials on an external site.
Responsible Gaming
Log in to mamaexch, go to Settings, and select Responsible Gaming. Choose Deposit Limits, set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR cap, and confirm. It takes effect immediately. Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion in your mamaexch account. Choose 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Your wallet balance is safe throughout.
The minimum age to register and use mamaexch is 18 years. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Age is verified at registration and may be re-verified via CNIC at any stage. Accounts belonging to players under 18 are suspended immediately, deposits returned, and winnings forfeited.
