Terms and Conditions – MamaExch Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mamaexch platform — whether through the website, any mobile browser, or any other interface we make available — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any feature of the mamaexch platform.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. MamaExch reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, regardless of whether they have accepted these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the mamaexch platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use mamaexch, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MamaExch does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or play on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a mamaexch employee in a role that would create a conflict of interest in your use of the platform.

MamaExch may request identity verification at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until the requirement is met.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on mamaexch. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different contact details — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on mamaexch, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mamaexch account credentials, including your username and password. MamaExch will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact mamaexch support immediately.

MamaExch reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We also reserve the right to close or merge accounts that appear to belong to the same person, at our sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on mamaexch are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though mamaexch may impose daily or weekly limits at its discretion or in compliance with relevant guidelines.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on mamaexch:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing with another person's payment account is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended. MamaExch does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or via any third-party payment processor not listed above.

All deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. MamaExch is not responsible for delays caused by payment networks, mobile wallet providers, or banking infrastructure beyond our control. If a deposit does not appear in your mamaexch wallet within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on mamaexch are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.

The average processing time for withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash on mamaexch is under 15 minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT typically complete within a few hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, mamaexch may require identity verification including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof that the payment method belongs to you. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and not a reflection of any concern about your specific account.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) is available for withdrawal at any given time. Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

MamaExch offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new players and ongoing promotions for existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all mamaexch promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your mamaexch wallet separately from your real-money balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on mamaexch is 10x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to claim a bonus through a duplicate account or through collusion with another player will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• MamaExch reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and started meeting its requirements will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.

7 Refer a Friend Programme

The MamaExch refer a friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards when they invite others to join the platform. Base rewards are credited when a referred friend makes their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. Commission on the referred friend's deposits is paid for the duration specified in the programme details.

Specific terms that apply to the refer a friend programme on mamaexch:

• You may only refer genuinely new players who do not currently hold and have never previously held a mamaexch account.
• Self-referral — creating a second account under another identity and referring yourself — is strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Referral rewards are only paid when the referred friend completes a qualifying deposit using a payment method registered in their own name.
• Referral programme tiers, reward amounts, and commission rates are as published on the Refer a Friend page. MamaExch reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds or reward rates with reasonable notice.
• Referral earnings are credited to your real-money balance and carry no additional wagering requirement — they can be withdrawn as cash subject to the standard withdrawal rules in Section 5.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on mamaexch operate under defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before participating. MamaExch is not responsible for any losses that result from a misunderstanding of game rules.

All digital games on mamaexch use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of every digital game round is independently random and not influenced by previous outcomes, player identity, or any action by mamaexch staff. RNG certification is maintained through periodic independent audits.

Live dealer games on mamaexch are conducted by human dealers using physical cards dealt in real time, streamed from professional studios. MamaExch operates anti-collusion monitoring across all poker tables to detect coordinated play between accounts. Where collusion is detected, all involved accounts will be suspended and winnings obtained through collusive play will be forfeited.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, mamaexch reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. Where a technical issue affects multiple rounds, refunds will be calculated based on the best available transaction data.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on mamaexch. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action depending on the severity:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of the identity or payment method used
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or receive withdrawals
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any mamaexch game or system to gain an advantage
• Using software bots, automation scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games on mamaexch
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants
• Attempting to launder money or use mamaexch for any activity that violates financial regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mamaexch staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their permission
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing another person to play on your account

MamaExch monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to suspend any account showing signs of prohibited conduct without prior notice. The decision to suspend an account or forfeit a balance is made at mamaexch's discretion and may not always be disclosed in detail to protect our detection methods.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

MamaExch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, unusual payment patterns, suspected underage play, and detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be released and the account reopened. If a violation is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may choose to close your mamaexch account voluntarily at any time. Requests to close an account should be submitted to support@mamaexch.ws. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard withdrawal verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

MamaExch is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your mamaexch wallet. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after being set.
• Session time limits: Set a time limit on individual gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from mamaexch. Temporary exclusions can be set for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account permanently.
• Activity history: Your full transaction and gaming history is available in your account at all times.

12 Privacy & Data

MamaExch collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on mamaexch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by mamaexch includes registration details (name, mobile number), payment information (transaction references, not card numbers), device and IP data, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, detect fraud, and meet any applicable regulatory requirements. It is never sold to third parties.

MamaExch uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our platform. Payment card numbers are never stored on mamaexch servers — all card transactions are processed through certified payment gateways that hold their own security certifications.

13 Limitation of Liability

MamaExch provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the mamaexch platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mamaexch shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or interruptions, unless caused solely by mamaexch negligence
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure
• Any decisions made by you on the basis of information provided on the mamaexch platform that prove to be incorrect

In all circumstances, mamaexch's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the verified balance in that player's account at the time the incident occurred.

14 Changes to These Terms

MamaExch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered players by email or through a notification in their mamaexch account.

Your continued use of mamaexch following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated version of these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and submit an account closure request to support@mamaexch.ws.
